Who am I……
My name is Mobuley Shacholi is a Zambian National and Soli by tribe, a firstborn son from a family with 8 siblings. I have been married before, but sadly got divorced. Out of this marriage I have got two handsome sons, Mark (18 years) and Joseph (6,5 years). In 2021 I found the love of my life and got married to Jannie Shacholi-Dijkstra, a Dutch National, who is also a Missionary, serving for Women Empowerment Africa, a ministry on the African Continent. This is her website.
I am a passionate Missionary, I studied Discipleship and Missiology with OM Zambia from 2018 – 2021. After completion of the training, I have been serving under OM Ndola Centre in the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. Currently I serve in three roles, namely, I am part of the OM Ndola Leadership team, People Care and I am a Personnel Facilitator.
My responsibilities at OM Ndola include administration, coordinating and harmonizing work relationships with the OM Ndola team, a team which is growing so fast. Giving spiritual counseling and guidance and I am part of the leading and decision-making process.
I enjoy teaching the Gospel which makes me one of the leaders of the Bible Study at OM Ndola Centre, at our local Church and the Community where we live. This also makes me a role model and good example to my family first and the community at large. I am an instrumental and active participant at Local Church level in the Pilgrim Wesleyan Church men’s group.
Moreover, I am a Business Administrator alongside my calling. I am currently trying to set up a family businesses in Vegetables (Farming God’s way), Livestock farming and Estate businesses. The idea is to raise sustainability for our family and to create employment for the locals. At the same time business is quite a good and very useful connecting tool to reach-out with the gospel to many souls. Ndola is an economic zone with many infrastructures and business opportunities and at the same time a good opportunity to evangelize.
Last but not least, God has put it on my heart to do a degree in Theology, so God willingly I will start with online studies at the Ndola Evangelical University soon. It gives me joy in my heart that God wants to equip me more and more so I can do the work in His Kingdom.
GIVE | DONATE
Missionaries need funds. This also includes myself. I cannot do my work without funds and look after my family as well.
There are two ways of doing this, through my own efforts, and from the help of others. Do you want to help to make my work possible? Please consider a one-off donation or a regular gift. Please connect with me through a contact message below.
